Changes to our Debit Mastercard Conditions of Use 

We’re making some changes to our Debit Mastercard Conditions of Use that include new ways to self-serve and manage your Debit Mastercard using online and mobile banking.

These changes will apply to your Debit Mastercard from 18 May 2023. 

What’s changing

You’ll be able to temporarily block transactions from being made on your Debit Mastercard card. To block or unblock your card, go to Card Manager in online banking or your TSB app. 

You’ll also be able to use Card Manager to tell us if/when your card is lost or stolen, or if you think someone knows your PIN.
