Our Privacy Notice is changing.
From 20 May 2024, our Privacy Notice is changing to allow for sharing relevant information with other banks and financial institutions when either of us are identifying and investigating potential or actual crimes, unlawful activity or misconduct. If required when you send or receive money using your account, TSB may also use your information to confirm or investigate the transaction and for verification and investigation into such transactions, including when it has gone into your account.
We understand that your privacy is important to you. It’s important to us too. We want to be open with you about the personal information that we collect, hold, use and share to run our business and provide our products and services to you.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we do this. You can also request a copy of our Privacy Notice from any branch.
By using or accessing any of our products or services or otherwise providing us with your personal information you authorise us to collect, store, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
