If you’re ready to apply for a home loan, you can do it online, wherever and whenever it suits you. You’ll need to make sure you:  

  • Are 18 years of age or over.
  • Are either a New Zealand citizen living in New Zealand, or resident visa holder living in New Zealand.
  • Can meet our lending criteria and have a good credit history.
  • Have no more than two borrowers.
How do I set up online banking?

There’s no paperwork to sign, just call us on 0508 692 265 to get your access set up, or pop into your closest branch.

How do I set up mobile banking?

Before you can use the TSB app, you’ll need to set up online banking. Simply stop by your local branch, or call us on 0800 872 226 and we’ll get you set up. 

Already set up with online banking? 

You’re halfway there. Simply download the TSB app for your iOS or Android device and you’ll be able to sign up using your online banking details.
