TSB has received the Wellbeing Tick, the first bank in New Zealand to achieve this.
The Wellbeing Tick is a workplace accreditation programme for organisations that are committed to the wellbeing of their people and ready to make systemic changes to the way they’re working.
Last year TSB partnered with Wellbeing Tick to support the development of a wellbeing strategy, and since then, wellbeing has become a clearly defined and strategic focus area for the bank.
Chris Boggs, TSB’s General Manager People & Strategy, says receiving the Wellbeing Tick reflects TSB’s commitment to wellbeing across our workplaces.
“This is a big milestone for TSB and really sets us up with a strong foundation to further embed wellbeing into our business over the coming years.
“Our aim is to continue to build an attractive, supportive, and flexible work environment for our people, and we’ve introduced a range of initiatives to do this over the past year – including regular events for teams to connect and build relationships, supporting sports teams and culture groups, flexible working arrangements, building leadership capability to support wellbeing, a peer support network, and much more.
“Receiving the Wellbeing Tick recognises our commitment to take deliberate and impactful action to support the wellbeing of our people. We’re now looking forward to building on this achievement to ensure TSB remains recognised as a place where the wellbeing of everyone is valued.” says Chris.
