TSB has partnered with the New Zealand Banking Association and other New Zealand banks to deliver banking hubs in our regional communities.
The hubs offer people living in these communities the ability to access basic banking services in person, with dedicated staff on-site to assist customers.
Regional Banking Hub services
The hubs provide Smart ATMs for cash withdrawals and deposits. TSB customers can use their TSB Mastercard and EFTPOS for cash withdrawals at Smart ATMs, but can only use their EFTPOS card to make cash deposits into a TSB account linked to their EFTPOS card.
Other transactions can also be done on tablets and phones at the hubs.
