Avoid the $2 fee
Switch to electronic statements and not only will you avoid the $2 fee, you'll also help minimise the environmental impact of producing and delivering paper statements.
Ways to switch
- In Online Banking (see instructions below)
- Call us on 0800 872 226
- Visit your closest branch
Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select STATEMENTS from the left dashboard menu and select the account(s) you'd like to switch
- Select the DELIVERY OPTIONS button and then Electronic Statements
- Select SAVE SETTINGS
That’s it!
Once you’ve switched, the next time your monthly statement is generated, it will appear in the STATEMENTS section of Online Banking, ready to be downloaded whenever you need it.
Don’t have Online Banking?
You’ll need Online Banking to access electronic statements, which means you’ll also get to enjoy all the benefits that come along with it – like added security and the ability to check your balance or transfer money without the hassle of contacting us.
