Temporarily block your card

If a cardholder has misplaced their card, they can temporarily block it to stop transactions from being made. This can be done using Card Manager in online banking or the TSB app. You can also call us on 0800 872 226 or +64 6 968 3700 (overseas).

Up to 55 interest free days on purchases when you pay the closing balance of your statement in full each month by the due date.2
