Temporarily block your card
If a cardholder has misplaced their card, they can temporarily block it to stop transactions from being made. This can be done using Card Manager in online banking or the TSB app. You can also call us on 0800 872 226 or +64 6 968 3700 (overseas).

If you already bank with us you can apply for a TSB Debit Mastercard by visiting us in-branch or calling us on 0800 872 226 Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, or Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm. Otherwise send us a message and one of the team will get back to you.
