How to log in to TSB Online Banking
- Visit online.tsb.co.nz
- Log in using your Customer ID and password
- If you have not previously accepted Terms & Conditions you'll be asked to accept these
- Once you've accepted the Terms & Conditions, you'll be taken to your Dashboard
How to reset your password
To reset your password, you'll need access to the email address connected to your TSB account.
- Visit online.tsb.co.nz
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your registered email address and Customer ID
- You'll receive an email with your registration code
- Once you've received the email, enter your registration code on the screen
- If you have an authentication option set up, you will be asked for authentication, based on whether you have a device or a token
- TXT a six-digit number to your registered mobile, or
- A six-digit number to your Hard Token
- Enter your new password (It must be a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 45 characters (all characters from the English keyboard)
- Password reset is successful, you can now log in using your updated details
How to rearrange your accounts
You can rearrange the order of your accounts by simply dragging and dropping your selected account from the Dashboard
- Log in to online.tsb.co.nz
- Hover over the account you'd like to move
- When your cursor changes to the following click and hold:
- You'll be able to drag and drop it into the order you like
- Changes will be saved immediately
How to update your details
If your phone number, mobile number or email changes at any time, you can update these easily in Online Banking.
How to edit your details:
- Visit online.tsb.co.nz and log in
- Click Profile from the menu at the top of the page
- Click Personal Details. NB: You need to be in your personal profile to change personal details
- Click the details you want to edit
- Update your details then click Save
How to Message Us
- Visit online.tsb.co.nz and log in
- Click Message us from the menu at the top of the page
- You will be able to:
- Create a message and send it to us for a response
- See any messages that you have sent
- Delete messages from your view
- To send us a message simple click Create Message
- Complete the fields and click Send
Please note: Currently we are unable to respond to messages via Online Banking. Our team will respond to you via the preferred method of contact that you specify in the message.
